Being the organizer and leader of a large social bicycle club here in Fort Lauderdale with over 1550 members and growing daily, the safety, health and well-being of our riders is always priority one. The same goes for our mounts as well. It is discussed before every slow roll. And one thing all my members know about me is that I love customization and personalization. And if it serves both safety and customization then roll on I say! My local bike shop could tell you how much they make from our patronage. And not just for technical stuff but for lots of other fun stuff as well, gadgets and accessories are always welcome. I like to gift away some small safety item to our new members at the beginning of each slow roll, most often it will be a safety whistle to wear while riding. It is your right to feel safe when out and about. Sometimes the gifting goes to another level. It might be a lighting kit, a set of pedals or grips, locking kits, occasionally even a pair of gloves or a helmet. This time we are gifting away this SHTALHST HEAVY DUTY ANTITHEFT LOCK...maybe...it's so very cool. I encourage my members to keep their mounts very well maintained in order to not get left behind (in reality we would never let anyone get left behind). Anything that keeps you out of danger is for us. I was so very impressed with this lock kit. Its appearance is that of a heavy duty set of handcuffs. And I suspect that in all reality they could actually be used as handcuffs if necessary. I will be using these as a theft deterrent. There is no way that you would try to steal any bike locked up using this kit. As a thief you would just move on to easier prey. The rubber covering will keep your paint pristine and the giant oversized bike type chain will cause burglars to move along. You get three recessed cut keys that work as smooth as silk. I very rarely give any products that I evaluate and review a five star rating for Vine. This safety item is filling all the categories. If there are any improvements or obviously needed additional features then no 5 star review. This set is so superior in its design and production, in its manufacturing and presentation that my only suggestion is a longer chain. Still, this will not detract from its 5 star rating in this case. It is perfectly functional as it is. And as always remember:
