1.Thickness
Range: 0.2mm-1.5mm
Common thickness: The common thickness of color-coated coils for construction is 0.4mm to 1.2mm, and the thickness range for home appliances is narrower, generally 0.4mm to 0.8mm.
2. Width
Range: 600mm-1,500mm
Common width: The common widths in the construction field are 914mm, 1,000mm, 1,200mm and 1,250mm. The width in the home appliance field is generally 800mm to 1,200mm.
3. Color
Choose according to the RAL color card.
4. Inner diameter of the roll
The inner diameter of the color-coated roll is generally 508mm or 610mm.
5. Outer diameter of the roll
The outer diameter of the color-coated roll is usually customized according to customer needs, and the maximum outer diameter is generally not more than 2,000mm for easy handling and storage.
6. Roll weight
The weight of the color-coated roll depends on the thickness, width and roll length. Normally, the weight of a single roll is between 3 tons and 10 tons.
7. Coating thickness
Topcoat thickness: The front coating (topcoat) is usually 15 to 25 microns, and the specific thickness can be adjusted according to the use environment and customer requirements.
Primer thickness: The back coating (primer) is generally 5 to 10 microns, which plays a role in corrosion protection and increasing adhesion.
