I. Purpose

III. Overview of equipment structure:
This equipment mainly consists of: main machine, wire take-up trolley, wire drawing pliers, safety device, starting system and electrical control system.
1. Main machine:
The pulling drum is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the three-phase AC converter controls the speed of the motor to achieve stepless speed regulation.
2. Wire take-up trolley:
The take-up trolley is composed of rotary table, motor, platform, wire drop reel, etc. The take-up trolley is equipped with a reel to take over the wire after wire drawing, and the trolley is equipped with a guide rail to control the trolley in and out so as to replace the reel.
3. Wire drawing pliers:
It is composed of clamping body, iron chain and chain head. One end of the wire drawing pliers is inserted into the long groove of the drum, and the other end is clamped by the helical tooth block to clamp the head of the wire to be pulled.
4. Safety device:
The device is composed of the main engine brake, shutdown system, safety door and wire stop post.
5. Pneumatic system:
The system is composed of wire pressing cylinder, safety valve cylinder, brake cylinder, control rotary valve and compressed air pipe.
(1) The wire pressing roller compresses the steel wire through the expansion and contraction of the cylinder to make the drawn steel wire fall smoothly.
(2) Trolley positioning device makes the take-up trolley always at the center of the drum during operation. Other cylinders are also controlled by rotary valves, which can be manually controlled to be in the compressed and non-compressed state.
6. Electrical control system:
It is composed of three-phase AC inverter, contactor, air switch, fuse, operation panel, cabinet, etc.
The system uses a three-phase AC frequency converter to control the AC asynchronous motor. Its frequency converter makes the AC motor realize stepless speed change by changing the frequency of the input power of the three-phase AC motor. It has good speed regulation characteristics, wide range, complete protection functions, small size, light weight, power saving and convenient installation and maintenance.
