WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE BASE PRODUCT?

Structure

  • Brand new galvanised steel skid base and 100% steel framed structure
    (Form 15 provided for Structural Engineering)
  • The entire structure is wrapped in sarking to protect the building from moisture
  • Brand new Colourbond roofing sheets, barge capping and gutters (Off White colour)
  • Brand new Bradnams windows and sliding glass door as standard (Black or White frames)

Flooring

  • 100% Waterproof Hybrid floorboards in open living/kitchen area and bedroom/s
    (2 colours to choose from)
  • Porcelain tiles to the bathroom floor and kitchen splashback
    (White Carrara Marble-Look OR Charcoal Grey tiles as standard)

Exterior

  • Brand new Colourbond cladding sheets (Choose from our Colourbond Colour Selection)
  • Decorative: Weathertex Timber-Look cladding and Merbau Hardwood Timber slats

  • All walls and ceilings painted using Haymes Elite paint with a 2-Coat system (The ceilings are painted a flat white and walls painted the colour you choose from our colour selection)

  • 8x Regular Double power points installed as standard throughout the building
  • 1x External weatherproof power point on a separate fuse on the exterior for a hot water system to be plugged in to is installed as standard
  • All electrical work undertaken by a licensed professional and safety certificate is provided.

Other

  • Pipes, taps and gas lines are installed by a licensed contractor. Gas compliance form is provided for gas lines installation (Only provided if the Gas cooktop or oven upgrade has been selected).
  • The bathroom is waterproofed by a licensed contractor. A form 15 for waterproofing is provided.

UPGRADES THAT CAN BE ADDED FOR AN EXTRA COST

STRUCTURAL UPGRADES

  • Supply and install a glass/timber exterior door to the building – $750 each
  • Supply and install diamond grill security screen door to 820 external doors (Inc. build-out and door frame) – $700 each
  • Add an extra 2100h x 1810w Glass sliding door – $1,500 each
  • Supply and install Sliding Diamond Grill security screen door to the Glass sliding door/s – $470 each
  • Supply and install Sliding fly screen door to the Glass sliding door/s – $320 each
  • Upgrade the standard 900H x 910W window to a 1500H x 1810W window – $250 each window
  • Supply and install an extra standard 900H x 910W window (inc. fly screen) – $550 each
  • Supply and install an extra 600H x 1810W window (inc. fly screen) – $600 each
  • Supply and install an extra 1500H x 1810W window (inc. fly screen) – $650 each
  • Supply and install sliding cavity door in lieu of standard swinging doors to interior rooms – $350 each

BATHROOM UPGRADES

  • Upgrade the vanity bench to be longer and have a 900 cabinet instead of the standard 600 cabinet unit – $250
  • Supply and install Laundry Tub and Cabinet Inc. Tapware, plumbing, etc. – $650
  • Upgrade the included 600 mirrored shaving cabinet to a 900 mirrored shavingcabinet – $250
  • Upgrade the standard 900X900 shower to a 900X1200 shower – $650
  • Supply and install Nature’s Head all-in-one Composting Toilet – $1,750
  • Supply and install Green Loo GL90 Composting Toilet (comes with 1 composting chamber) – $1,600
  • Add an extra composting chamber for the GL90 composting toilet upgrade – $495 each

KITCHEN UPGRADES

  • Upgrade to a U-Shape kitchen with breakfast bar – $650
  • Upgrade to a double sink with drainer – $250
  • Supply and install Chef LPG Gas Upright oven/cooker Inc. gas lines, connections and regulators in lieu of included cooktop and oven – $900
  • Supply and install brand-new 60cm Gas cooktop gas lines, connections and regulators in lieu of included cooktop (keep the included standard brand-new electric oven)– $700
  • Supply and install brand new 60cm Induction Cooktop in lieu of included cooktop – $600

BEDROOM UPGRADES

  • Add a Built in Wardrobe with sliding doors to bedroom – $2,200 per robe
  • Add a walk-in wardrobe to the bedroom incl. extra downlight, light switch, wall framing, etc (no hanging rail and shelfing fit out)– $750
  • Fit out the walk-in wardrobe with hanging rails andshelving – $2,000
  • Add an Ikea Flat Pack wardrobe (assembled and installed) – $1,400

AIR CONDITIONING UPGRADES

  • Supply and install a 2.5kw Split Air Conditioning Unit instead of the standard included Box/Wall Air Conditioner – $1,400 each
  • Supply and install 2.5kw Split Air Conditioning Unit as well as the standard included Box Air Conditioner – $1,950

ELECTRICAL UPGRADES

  • Add 2x downlights in the bedroom in lieu of the standard included light in the ceiling fan – $220
  • Add an extra down light – $110 each
