I have limited experience with them so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Yes! Like any tobacco product if they are unsealed they will dry out. A properly setup humidor keeps them at just the right dampness to smoke their best. They might even age a little. If you were to buy just a fist full with plans to smoke them over a few days then no, I would not bother with a humidor but you probably have several months worth so if you don’t put them away I think by this summer you will wish you did.
But try this. Take a half doze or so and put them in an old cigar box on the bookshelf and sample them periodically, say monthly. Let is know how this experiment works for you and if you like them.
