D51K-350E Fully Automatic Ring Rolling Machine Commissioned

The D51K-350E Fully Automatic Ring Rolling Machine has been completed and commissioned at Wuxi Daqiao Bearing Machinery Co., Ltd on December 20, 2017. Equipped with two industrial robots or forging manipulators, this rolling machine will be delivered to South Korea. It is equipped with servo motor feed and a numerical control system, allowing for automatic forging. This is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies used in both domestic and foreign industries for the production of ring blanks, particularly in bearing forging.

The E type ring rolling machine is designed with a widened structure, enabling bigger downpressure and driving torque compared to a common type machine. With a surface supporting structure, it is particularly suitable for the production of a variety of widened bearing rings.
